“Attawous” (The Peacock) is an Arabic Lebanese film.  The trailer was shot in Beirut, Lebanon, produced by Amira Alassaly and Dr.Hussein Ismail

The movie is currently in the production phase, and is expected to be out in theaters in mid of 2016.

The actors in this movie all are famous Arabic Lebanese actors and Stars.  
Some of the Actors are: Carlos Azar, Diamand Aboud, Fady Ibrahim, Talal El Jourdy, Elsa Zogheib. The movie is directed by Falah Zaky, and written by Amira Alassaly.

The Movie is about “Shasa”, a smart pretty young girl who was an active painter. Many young men fell in love with her.  She used to love Rami who was very jealous and selfish, meanwhile her cousin who was a detective found out that Rami was a drug dealer. Rami then threatened him to stay away from her, but at that time “Shasa” was very busy applying for a drawing competition award in France. 
Another person “Sami”, who was a rich young man, also loved her. He was helping her to become a popular painter. After all, she was able to win the prize for the best painting in France. After that, she was kidnapped by a gang of thieves who wanted her to fix a stolen painting. The movies is a mix of romance, suspense, and action.
